The Unified Prevention Coalition (UPC) of Fairfax County is forming a Youth Council with representatives from many different high schools. In addition the UPC has the opportunity to send eight students to the Youth Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Project (YADAPP) conference this summer at Longwood University.
